Or why not relax to music or a movie?  Pat’s Den comes equipped with a CD Player/iPod Dock, flat screen TV with freesat HD.


As one of the sofas converts to a comfortable bed, Pat’s Den can provide accommodation for up to five people.


With prior arrangement, your pet is also welcome at Pat’s Den.


Kitchen


In the well-equipped open kitchen you will find all the cutlery, crockery, pots and pans you will need, as well as an electric oven with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer.


There is also a dining table with five chairs.


Bedrooms


Pat’s Den has two bedrooms.


Bedroom 1 is a generous bedroom with double-bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.


Bedroom 2 is a small single room with a 3ft single bed and bedside cabinet.

Bathroom


The modern bathroom has all the conveniences you would expect including a full-sized bath with a power shower, large heated towel rail, hairdryer and shaver points.
